The General Coaching program is tailored for individuals seeking a general, comprehensive fitness experience, it is not individually tailored.

This program includes:

  • Frequency: 3 days a week

  • Program Duration: 4 weeks

Personalized Coaching

Our Personalized Coaching program is designed to meet your unique fitness goals and preferences. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your workout frequency with a minimum commitment of 3 days a week.

The program includes:

  • Frequency: 3 days a week (or as many days as you prefer)

  • Program Duration: 4 weeks

  • Weekly Check-In

In person training
